CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED makes Gold Dragon: Spin & Win available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using Gold Dragon: Spin & Win means you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you have questions before agreeing, contact us at carehub@relaxingsailingtrip.com before downloading.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf, and they are responsible for your use of the game.

Player Accounts

Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at our support team of any breach.

What You May Not Do: Create multiple accounts, share account access, transfer or sell your account, or impersonate other users.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or security concerns. We'll notify you where possible except in emergency situations.

Third-Party Login: You may connect your Gold Dragon: Spin & Win account to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

Limits on Our Responsibility

Like all digital services, Gold Dragon: Spin & Win comes with liability limitations. Here's what they are and why they exist.

CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.

If CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Disagreement Resolution

We take disputes seriously. Here's our process for addressing them fairly.

Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.

Arbitration (Where Permitted): Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class-action arbitration is not permitted.

No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.

Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.

If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Service Termination

When you or CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED ends this relationship, these rules apply.

Voluntary Termination: Stop using Gold Dragon: Spin & Win and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.

We May Terminate Your Access
CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.

When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.

We may discontinue Gold Dragon: Spin & Win with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by a specific set of laws. This section explains which legal system applies.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in CLSMART PRIVATE LIMITED's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Modifying These Terms

This section describes our process for amending these Terms of Service.

We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Gold Dragon: Spin & Win after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.

You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
